CADS is an activist support network founded in early February 2007 and consists of several regional chapters across the U.S. and one international chapter. CADS was formed in response to Divine Strake, an unjust, dangerous and irrational military experiment that was cancelled on February 22, 2007 largely due to pressures from citizen and grassroots groups. Although Divine Strake was cancelled, the threat of more tests remain because the program that spawned Divine Strake, the Pentagon's Tunnel Target Defeat Advanced Concept and Technology Demonstration (ACTD), has not been cancelled. You can read more about the Tunnel Target Defeat ACTD program and other relevant issues here
CADS helps citizens bring about positive change by providing various services to chapters such as an email-based listserv, general assistance, guidance and strategic advice. CADS is managed by the staff of StopDivineStrake.com and Idealist.ws and receives assistance from its allies.
