Here is a glimpse of events in the 'early' history (2006) of Divine Strake:

 April 20 - lawsuit filed 

 May 8 -   NNSA: 'postponed [from June 2] to no earlier than June 23'

 May 13 - Dixie protest (St. George, UT) 

 May 26 - NNSA: 'indefinitely postponed ' [June 23 date scrubbed]

 May 28 - large protest at the Peace Camp outside the Nevada Test Site 

 June 2 -   original Divine Strake test date

 June 3  -  Reno Rally 

 June 11 - Emmet, Idaho Rally

 June 16 - NNSA: still indefinitely postponed, but won't happen earlier than September due to lightning danger

 June 17 - Kanab (Utah) Rally 

 June 23 - 2nd Divine Strake test date

On August 1, Pentagon planners said that the test would not happen until 'at least several months into calendar year 2007.'  In November 2006, it was announced that the Divine Strake test will take place at the Nevada Test Site.   On March 2, 2007, there will a (legal) status hearing between the government and downwinders, who have filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction to stop the test.
